In the heart of the Tieleman Kitchens showroom in Middelharnis, a contemporary play area has been created: a space where children can play safely and joyfully, while parents engage in conversations with an advisor without distractions. IKC was entrusted with giving the space a complete transformation, where play, visibility, and showroom functionality come together perfectly.
Play while parents choose
Thanks to the renewed design, the space is now clearly laid out and accessible from one side, allowing parents to easily keep an eye on the entrance and exit. The interactive PlayStation wall has been cleverly integrated into the play area, creating more freedom of movement for the children and additional room for the showroom.
Something for every child
The play value is tailored to children of various ages, thanks to a thoughtful mix of digital and analog play elements. The interactive games were custom-made in a unique color scheme that matches Tieleman’s atmosphere. Also unique are the custom memory and sliding puzzles, which come to full fruition in the specially designed children’s kitchen.
Familiarity and experience
By incorporating the kitchen theme, the games reflect both Tieleman’s world and the world of home. These familiar elements encourage imaginative play and enhance engagement. As a result, the play space becomes not only functional, but also a source of experience and brand storytelling.
