STIHL invests in a play concept for the stores!
STIHL, garden tools and machines for private and professional use, is investing in an extra shopping experience with an IKC play concept.
This is how STIHL, with more than 50,000 global points of sale, carries its family-friendly philosophy onto the shop floor.
Based on the slogan "as the twig is bent the tree is inclined" STIHL employees Martijn Venema and Peter Haass worked with IKC to develop the kids' corner to perfection. Martijn talks passionately about STIHL and the new kids' corner: "STIHL is a family firm and as such is also family-oriented. STIHL believes that buying a garden tool is a family affair. It often involves the whole family. Keeping children occupied during a sales conversation is a challenge. The buyer's attention is partly on the conversation, but often also on the children." By adding this play concept to the shops, shopping at STIHL will be an extra fun experience for the kids too!
