Play at Kentucky Fried Chicken

On Saturday the 19th of December a new playarea opened at the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in Middelburg, The Netherlands. This establishment is the first KFC that uses a Instore Kids Corners playarea. The second establishment, KFC The Hague, will be installed with a kids corner as well in the next few weeks.

The KFC chooses for a combination of playmodules to entertain the children during their visit. They use a Crazy Mirror, Abacus Wheel and a Sorting Tree. These playmodules have a high entertainment value for children. There is also an interactive playsystem installed. The Oscar Playtouch is a wallmounted module with a touch screen. Children can play a variety of different educational games on this system.

Custom Software

The Oscar Playtouch has custom software installed on the system. The software is changed to fit Kentucky Friend Chicken’s corporate identity. Children will create a link with having fun in the kids corner and KFC, and will want to come back more often.
