Monday the 4th of January an editorial appeared in the Dutch retail trade magazine "Instore" about the possibility of using a kids corner to communicate with the customers.


The article explains how one can communicate with customers through a kids corner, to clarify existing customers are explained. Communication by routing will be discussed on the basis of the play towers at the IKEA and the playwheels that sportswear shop Telstar mounted on to their pillars.


Child Friendly

That the possibility to communicate with use of a custom made play element with a companies own images is very strong, is shown by the examples of HEMA and Motoport. These companies make sure that their youngest clients won’t forget their company, and return when they are grown up to these child friendly stores to whom they have a good memory.
