Migros Turkey cheers up shops with a kids corner!

Giant Migros in Turkey chose Flopark in collaboration with IKC to set up kids play areas in her supermarkets. One play area has already been placed.

Migros Turkey chose different products. They use a combination of the Culture Express with a Happy Feeling, Triple Blocks and Abacus Wheel. On top of that, Migros Turkey also has a separate Treasure Island. All these products combined together with a cheerful background create a nice area for the kids to play in while the consumer does her shopping. The consumer now has all the time she needs to buy new products because the pressure of kids wanting to go home is lower. Migros Turkey now also works under our principle “Turning Play Into Profit”.

Migros Turkey is a huge supermarket chain who supplies her services to 160 million customers. Migros has around 200 supermarkets within Turkey. These supermarkets come in three different sizes selling different products.

• M Migros-supermarkets are selling basic consumables and a limited number of non-food products
• MM Migros-stores offer a wider range of non-food articles besides the basic consumables
• MMM Migros-stores have a larger product spectrum ranging from stationery to textile products, electric household appliances to bakeries, books and cosmetics

Migros Turkey sells around 75.000 products and employs around 4.000 personnel.
