MiniMike gets deserved recognition
Instore Kids Corners already knew it and now other people have also seen it. Let children guide their parents through the shop and stimulate profit increase. The Dutch magazine “De Levensmiddelenkrant” wrote about this subject.
Recently the De Levensmiddelenkrant wrote an article with the following headline; Well known impulse categories also score without promotion” In this article MiniMike gets a lot of attention, and also entrepreneur Jan Postma from Plus Postma in Lelystad the Netherlands tells about how MiniMike operates in his supermarket. Jan Postma; “parents wait until their child has finished the game. While they wait they see products that might aren’t on their shopping list but when they face these products those do disappear in the shopping basket or shopping cart". He continues enthusiastic “we are at the start of a rebuilding but at the reopening of the store MiniMike will be present again! Children and their parent just expect MiniMike to be present.”
With MiniMike routing gets possible and children guide their parents through the supermarket. This often leads to impulse purchases and so profit increase.
