Dublin Airport project

Our Irish distributor Spraoi Linn was approached by the Dublin Airport Authority in September 2008 with a request to design and install a small play area in Terminal D Departure Area.

Conor Burke from Spraoi Linn: "The request was that the play area had to be movable but yet be quite secure. We constructed a timber floor and secured the posts and panels to the floor sections. Foam tiles were laid on to the floor and cut around the posts."

The play area has proved a big success and Dublin Airport is looking at putting more play areas into the new terminal when completed in 2009.
