Instore Kids Corners nominated as Dutch best international company.

Last week, we’ve been nominated as one of the ten best international operating companies for the Jan Huygen van Linschoten award. This award is being given to the company which stands out in international business on the following points: ambition, entrepreneurship, concept of sales and international approach. The ABN-AMRO bank gives this price to stimulate and support the company in it’s worldwide operations.


Jan Huygen van Linschoten, Dutch merchant The Jan Huygens van Linschoten award is named after Jan Huygen van Linschoten who was a Dutch merchant and traveller from the 16th century, who stimulated other merchants to expand their business to Asia.


We are very delighted to get this recognition from such a organisation and we’re looking forward to Friday, when the jury makes their decision about the three finalists. The jury consists of the following persons: Mr. W. Reehoorn; executive at ABN AMRO The Netherlands, Mr. F. Hauwert, chief executive at Fenedex, mr L. Hermans, chairman of MKB Netherlands, mr. P.K. Jagersma from the International Business University Nyenrode and mr. G. Vaandrager, chief executive from the Dutch Council for Trade Promotion.
